Help Flexi says my computer ID is wrong INVALID LIC

All I did was defrag turn off computer ..next day Flexi Cloud wouldn't start. have tied everything..the website says I have removed it too many times. The tech said he removed the LIC and all I need to do wa reinstall NO WORK I got 10 working but all files were saved n Cloud now they don't open in 10
can't go to Lic Mgr an reme it thinks this is another comuter

The tech can forcefully remove the license, not from your computer, but in their system. You should then be able to activate the Flexi install.

When you log into the saicloud.com website, how does it list your Flexi license? What is the status?
