Help! I need a Roland technician

    I have a problem cyan was licking on the back of the printer, where the ink cartridges are, i already change ink twice no results. nozzle check cyan is not complete line and probably has air on the lines. I sent my tools to a different state and GSG hasn't answer my service call.
    Does anybody knows somebody who can help me out?
