Help ID this Firetruck Font

Hi, the fire co, says this is vinyl, it looks like hand lettering to me but maybe someone here knows, I went through my 3700 fonts and have nothing.

I thought it might be from Atkinson, but it's not one of the FHA computer fonts I have.
I can check my real Atkinson.
It's cool, whatever it is!

Honestly, it looks hand-done. If it's a computer font, it's a personalized one.

Photo says Hand lettered, possibly hand cut if its vinyl. The white highlights appear to be added with a brush.
