Help Identify Font Please

I have been trying to figure this font out and am at a loss. Can anyone please help?

I think you are looking at something based on Vibrocentric but modified. It was probably hand painted.

I'm pretty sure this font has been submitted before and that it was determined it was a proprietary font used by a fire equipment manufacturer.

Fred is right. It is one of Pierce/RJ Marx's proprietary fonts. You can try to contact RJ Marx and see if they will design what you need and send it to you in an .eps format, but other than that you will not be able to get this font.
