It does appear to have a baseplate of prefabulated ammulite surrmounted by a malleable logarithmic casing. You can clearly see the two spurving bearings in direct line with the panemetric fan.

I see what appear to be the outline of clutch teeth. Perhaps a coupler / union, or even a cam mechanism (on the left).

it does look like a pen thingy.

#1 how big is it?

#2 where did you find it?

#3 is that plastic or ceramic?

#4 is that dirt or a scorch mark on the end?
