Help Identify this type of Banner material

I have a client who needs to replace a bunch of banners that were sent to him from the parent company with a major misspelling...

I don't have it in hand, but he sent me a picture of the back. Banner background is blue, and the front has mostly white graphics with a small bit that is red, blue, and gray. It may have been silk screened, but it doesn't seem likely since there is different information on each banner. I know it would be easier if I could feel it, but c'est la vie. The bad one is an hour and a half away, and we don't have time to go look at it.

Client also said that the material is heavy weight, and its obviously not cheapy 13oz scrim banner. What do you think it is? Is this dye sub? Screen printable blank? 18oz vinyl? Thanks for any insight you may have!

Pretty sure that's sunbrella. And therefore screen printing and or mask and paint are very good possibilities in terms of decoration method. Could also be flatbed printed on a machine with white, or the SGS graphics system.

Can you do it?

My client said the white actually looks like its almost reflective, with a silverish hue. Is flatbed-white silvery?

If not, does anyone have a lead on who can silkscreen a bunch (24) of 36x60" banners on Sunbrella this week?

Me three
And the white is likely that heat set stuff used with sunbrella.

Awesome. You are all the best!

I think part of it was done with silk screening... The brand & 4 color logo is the same on all banners. But there is different event details on each of them, so I would think there were many "blanks" made with the logo, and the details were heat pressed.

Anyway, do you know who could make these? My heat press isn't big enough to work on a project like this.

You can use Thermoflex Banner 2, it's made for awnings, permanent banners, umbrellas, tire covers and flexible truck side coverings. It offers excellent outdoor durability!

This vinyl applies at very low temperature with very little pressure and can be applied with a hand iron or a standard heat press.

I have used a hand iron to apply, setting the iron on cotton using a Teflon sheet and ironing the image for 10-15 seconds
using very light pressure, and peeling when cool.

If you don't want to do them yourself, contact Rick at: http://typestries.com/ he is a member here.
