Help identifying a font

Any help appreciated. I think it is Giovanni but notice some differences. Maybe it has been stretched and distorted? See attached.

Bottom one is real close to the variation of Berling Bold in my Omega.
No idea on the top one...

Just had a run-in with that font last week, and wasn't able to get a match for it. I went with a similar font that the customer approved.

I'm inclined to believe that RENO is a modified DAILY NEWS BQ / JAEGER DAILY NEWS. Modified juncture/joint on the R, bottom half-serif/beak of the E and top of N. A tad more minor tweaks will also be needed.
