help identifying material

Have a customer wanting (in their words) "a static cling that will stick to both computer screens and workout equipment"- as in the vinyl on the workout benches. They said it is about the thickness and consistency of a mousepad and have had these before, but of course do not have a sample to show me. Anyone have any clue at all before I tell them i cant help them? They insist there is no adhesive involved.

Not that this gives you a name for it but the stuff is out there. I get it from Georgia Print Co. It does feel like a plastic film but works as well or better than regular dry erase film.
