Help...I'm so screwed here!

When I try to export a layout from corel to the sign software I get "Run-time error 2147221248 (80040100) The referenced object no longer exists in this document." Visual Basic Reference Automation Error 440. What tha'? Does anybody know what the heck this message means? I am sometimes taking a drawing I did in Corel 7 and dragging it onto Corel x3 page. Sometimes I can then cut it in Sign Master and sometimes I get this horrid message and x3 locks up. This is not a pirated version of x3 either.

I am tee-totally lost here. I used to use Gerber Graphix Advantage Composer with Corel 7 (worked GREAT!) until my desktop computer crashed and I had to update. Now everything is messed up and I'm so screwed. How much does Gerber Graphics Advantage, or whatever its called now...Omega, cost these day anyway? Maybe I can mortgage my house!!! The aggravation is killing me!

Does it work for some files and not others? Did you try making a file with a single black square and cutting just that?

Not so screwed anymore!

Ok, maybe I'm not so screwed anymore. I spent a lot of time on it today and found that the problem came from dragging an open corel 7 drawing to corel 13 open page and trying to send that to Cutting Master. I have to save it as an ai file. Then, I open that ai file in Corel 13 and can send it to Cutting Master. Seems like an extra step but taking a file from 7 to 10 and then sending it to Cutting Master does not work. At least I'm back in business and I thank all of you who offered me help.
