Help in finding OLD font

looking for this old font... not real sure where the guy got it from. he says he's had his trucked wrapped with this font from about 7 years ago.... really good job on whoever did the vinyl previously though.
please help- extremely frustrated.

I don't think that is a font... It looks really close to a letter clip art from the Vector Art 1 CD.
