Help in Washington DC - Need cut vinyl

I'm on a job in Washington DC. Is anyone within an hour or so of here that could cut me about 10 square feet of white sign vinyl? I'm in a jam and need to do it today for an event. I'm down here from NY so don't have access to anything. Please email me or call if you can help.
