Help installing a new printer!

so i just installed a new printer where was one before i brought this new one in. SO what do I do now?! How do i set it up to where i can rip stuff (using wasatch) and have it print on this new machine? I'm using the same usb port the old one was using...help please!

new printer come with a driver? usually when I buy a printer, it comes with instructions.
....and a LABEL, to what kind of printer it is.
