Help. Large format exterior banner mount

I am trying to find an exterior mounting system for a banner, about 14'X40' WxH (we haven't settled on a size yet) with pole pockets top and bottom. We would like it to hold the banner away from the building and have the ability to be tightened or loosened for easy banner changeout. I havent had much luck finding something for this large of a banner. Anyone seen one of these, or know where to find them?

Those are both possible options if we cant find something like this (see Attatched). We were told that if we keep it off of the building with a pole system it will reduce the fade and make it easier to change.
