Help on identifying this font please

Can you identify this font? I dont have it on my 2500 font library LOL Appreciate any help. I have the Foo but its all in uppercase. I can trace it out though. "Adaption..." is a little bit hard to trace and I dont even have the closest one. Hope you can see it. Thanks again.
