HELP: "PhotoPrint DX 10.0.1 has stopped working"

I'm getting this message when I try to print...My 1394 driver is installed...I've uninstalled the latest Windows updates that could have affected something...Any idea what the problem may be?

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the software?

Yeah, finally reinstalled everything and it's working right now...Just a major aggravation!

I have to do that all the time with Rasterlink. I know the feeling lol
