HELP PLEASE!!! E068 Err Cr Encoder

After I did a maunal clean of my machine, as I powered up my machine the cariage seems to be stuck!??? HELP???

What can I do??

I get the error E068 Err Cr Encoder.

I cleaned the encoder strip on the rail but didn't notice that I moved it from between the censor behind the head.
