Hi all
We are faced with a problem that we can not solve cyan smears on printing material. On pics we can see this. We dont know what to do. Printer is HP L25500

Change one of the heads?

Make the internal test print and you should be able to see the one that has the problem.

The printer has an option to clean the heads this may fix the problem also.

We made changes printhead, electronic plate on head but no results. Problems happen periodically

I recall seeing this same issue a few weeks ago on S101. Can anyone find that thread for Oleg?

Have you tried print gutters along the edges? Does it still happen?
