HELP Please! - Onyx Cut files changing size when going between rip and cut server

I'm using Onyx 11.

- I'm sending a cut contour file that is 18x24".

- It rips and prints at 18x24" and adds the graphtec crop marks. So the size to the outside of the crop marks is aprox. 19.5" x 25.5" or whatever.

- I open CutServer for contour cutting and it says the file being 40" x 22.4"

The plotter misses the crop marks when trying to scan and has rendered my files and prints useless.

Was working fine yesterday.

Even XML has dimensions correct

When I open the XML cut file in notepad it shows the file at the correct size, but when open in CutServer, it is showing way too big. WTF onyx?

Fridays suck in the sign business. I loathe Fridays.

From rip queue you have leading edge, trailing edge or space between copies going on that is creating a false boarder that is increasing your file going to cut server...had this issue myself...until I figured it out...
