DIY Printer Fixing Guide
I opened the file in illustrator and it looks like the background color is set as a Pantone but everything else has CMYK values. This may not work but try to change the color to C = 65.49 M = 0 Y = 100 B= 0. That is what comes up when I convert the Pantone to CMYK values. Colorrip may be interpreting the Pantone spot color incorrectly.

Now when I created the file, I grabbed the color from a sample jpg someone sent me with the dropper/color thingy (teky term). So maybe that was the problem.

imported with jpg file and it works fine. Will have to dig a little deeper and see where the incorrect info is coming from. Thanks all.

The Pantone color of the background is in LAB color not CMYK as stated above, possibly your RIP doesn't like LAB colors or doesn't translate that particular color well. (greens are notorious)
Convert it to CMYK and see what happens.
