Help... Printing yellow instead of green sp300v

I need your help anyone pls.
Im new to the industry im printing this image it it comes out the green color turns into yellow.

im using sp300v and versaworks.

Check your cyan ink and do a test print to make sure cyan is firing.
Green minus cyan = yellow.

I thought that too, but the blue things in the middle are still blue

Are you printing from PDF by chance?? Try opening and resaving as EPS then printing...every blue moon we'll have one file that swaps weird colors when printing from a PDF.
