HELP! Roland BN20 Print Problem

Hi guys, i have trouble in printing greys on our BN20. It is uneven (pictures as sample), this only happens on greys (or any shade except black). Other color are not affected and nozzle prints checks are perfect.

This was not like this before. Its like a football field. :)
