Need Help Help! Roland VS-300i heater abnormal

We have a VS-300i heater experiencing an issue. When we turn on the main power, the front heating plate (Dryer) immediately starts working, even in sleep mode. After powering on, adjusting the temperature through the menu or directly turning off the heating function has no effect—the dryer continues working until it reaches the temperature limit set by the thermostat, at which point it shuts off. Is this issue caused by system settings or hardware failure? How can we resolve it? Thank you

You need to replace the heater board. A SSR doesn't switch off anymore.

Yes that is the correct one. Before replacing though check the fuses on it haven't blown
