Need Help HELP! RS-540 no ink after changing head cables

Hello!

I ordered these cables for my RS-540. After changing the cables on my black and cyan heads no ink was printing except for C & M. I pulled one of the cables off the yellow head and replaced it with a new one to make sure the cables were compatible and now no ink is coming from any head. I put the old cable back on the yellow and still no ink anywhere. I turned off main power and disconnected the plug before changing the cables. Do I need new fuses? New heads? Different cables?

Any help is appreciated.

Edit: I have checked the fuses with a multimeter and they seem to still be functional.
