HELP S.O.S. Problem with Production Manager

Need Help .. Just loaded flexi 7.5 on to my computer and when i hit cut/plot the screen where you enter what kind of plotter you have is blank .. cleared preferences , this happened on my laptop a while ago , then i put it on another computer and it worked fine .. unfortunatly for me that computer crashed yesterday , so i got a new computer and it is doing the samething the laptop did .. any help would be great ,, i am new to the site but i am glad it is here for help with the kind of stuff ..

running windows . . windows XP... .dll is plugins in flexi and programs in flexi also if you are coming here next week zeth and you fix it i will take you fishin buddy

Found out the the program I got was bunk. wtf. I bought my 1 st computer used with flexi on it. Can't believe what a day I had with this O well ordered lexi today. Hopefully this will work. I loved flexi but I will have to save some money to get the real deal.

I would get this when it simply failed to detect the connection to piece of equipment it was hooked up to. We had a cutter and printer whose IP address on the network changed all the time. When it changed, that box went blank. I had to manually enter the new correct IP by clicking the little gear icon and then fishing around for the appropriate tab. Good luck.
