HELP!!! Screen size has changed

Can anyone help me?
Earlier today, I was messing around with my Wacom Tablet and somehow made the layout {view} on Signs 101 much smaller than can be read comfortably. I can not figure out how to get it to come back to regular size.

Any Help??

Ctrl + zooms in, Ctrl - zooms out.

ctrl + 0 resets to default in most browsers
