Can anyone help me find someone who can go to a location in Southport, N.C. and properly box a JV3-160SP and a CG-160FX for a common carrier pick up? At this point, no box/crates are available on-site which is a problem.
The company, which sold/serviced the machines, is telling me it will be a $700 charge for the printer crate (from Mimaki) and a 12 hour service call (portal to portal) to box/crate the machines. They didn't mention the cutter, must be free.
We purchased these machines last week and we are ready to get them to our shop. Please don't ask why the seller isn't taking care of the crating as it would be counter-productive. Live and learn.......
