Help with a Cancer design sticker

I was asked to make a 2' in length by whatever sticker for the back of a RV for a person with Brain Cancer. This will be their last outing so would like to come up with something for them. The sticker is very simple needs to say "B's Bus" but they wanted to add some design elements if possible and tie into Brain Cancer. The Color is Gray for Brain cancer but I'm a bit stumped with trying to come up design elements that looks good for such a simple design. Any input would be much appreciated.
