Hey Gang.

I am finally getting around to posting some pics of what I did. This was for an inside display. I have not yet gotten around to making the outdoor version. I will be getting the outside version router cut from 1/2" sintra.

This is just plain old 1/2" foam board from a building supply store that I covered with vinyl. I used a razor knife on the straight cuts and a jig saw on the curves. I applied the vinyl to the board then used the vinyl as the template to cut. I used silicone to apply the cutout pieces to the main board. I painted the edges with regular, black acrylic paint from wal-mart.

It actually turned out nice and I have gotten several positive comments about it. Thanks for all your help.
