Help with Adobe Ill. w/cutting master 2

I have a Graphtec CE 3000 - 60, with Adobe Illustrator Cs4, cutting master 2
I downloaded the file from Graphtec and for some reason I can not get the cutter to work. Is there a video to show how to get this right, any help will do.
It is frustrating, HELP!

does cm2 open when you select it? what exactly is it that is not happening?
need more info.

I have had many issues with Cutting master 2, one thing that worked for me, OPEN CM2 first, before launching Illy, then when Illy launches, CM2 will work, for me on one computer anyway.

I stll have two other computers, that I can't get it to work on, I keep gettting "Connection to Cutting Master 2 Timeout".

make sure your working a full version of Adobe Ill.
demos, copies, student version will not work.
this is the #1 symptom of a pirated copy- i'm not saying that you have
but if it works on one computer(that tells you yo have a working copy of CM2) but not in another and on that one you really can't do anything about it except for trying to reinstall CM2 but before doing so temp. disable your antivirus/firewall
