I'm pulling that image as it has too much information for the public forum.

Pull it up on your computer, and squint at it from across the room... That which you cant make out... delete.

Fonts, colors, etc. I'd start by going to kuler.adobe.com and picking out a color scheme. Then get you a couple of fonts that play nicely with each other.

I don't know where to begin - ditch the clipart. Keep it simple.
