    It has the style characteristics of Avant Garde but I do not see a version as bold as your sample. It's possible it is the bold version that has been both stretched and outlined to embolden it.

    Yep, I'll be that's it - it'sbeen skewed a lot - but the 9 and the 1's look like a match.
