help with GCC expert 2 plotter for friend

Friend has GCC expert 2 plotter and its just started NOT cutting square letters are shapes, letters slightly distorted.

We have checked:
cutting strip
new blade holder and blade
tightened belts
rollers are good
she downloaded new VLCD3 and set parameters as indicated on bottom of plotter for offsets


I am out of options I dont get it
