help with graphtec ce3000-60

just bought a ssk design tech aka ce3000-60..played around with the setting and still cuts a bit choppy on the ends of letters..what are some of your codes you have your cutter set up to i can try on mine..i appreciate all the help!

What color blade holder is in the cutter?

If Blue, 09u - offset 0 - speed 30 - quality 3

Could also be the age of the blade holder or the blade protection strip

yes blue blade holder, cutter strip is a bit chewed up, ordering a new one..ill give that a shot,thanks man!

i replaced the cutter stripe,even swamped out blades, blade holders,ect from my good machine, im still not getting sharp edges and finished cuts on my letters
