help with graphtec cutter

My graphtec cutter is not completing its cuts on sharp angles, leaving a little area uncut making it a pain in the butt to weed. Any help would be great.

Before getting into offset and such check one thing that is a simple to overlook for people new to vinyl cutting (not sure if you are or not)

On the display does it say Tool - Pen or CB09U? If it says PEN that could very well be your issue, just change it to CB09U. If it already says CB09U it may be an offset issue or a blade holder issue.
