Help with Jpeg

I have this jpeg that is in the shape of a square. I need to get rid of the square and just have the logo left so I can contour cut the decal out.. any help is appreciated asap.thank you all!

I need to get it to look like the one cut out all ready.

Depends on what software you have and your skill at using it.
Something like that I would probably type in the fonts, realign them and them draw a line around the rest to create my vector cut line. I'd do it in Gerber.
Or I could use Corel and delete the white background then use it's vector creation tool.
Or if I didn't have the time or inclination I'd send it to the Vector Doctor.

You can just roughly auto-trace it (with any tracing software) if your jpg is good enough for printing, you just need the trace to get the shape, so you don't have to redraw it.

then however your program handles the "offset path" to get the shape slightly bigger than it is.

Just need to work it, like I said, it`ll happen.
