Help with Spectratone or Pantone Colors

First off, Thank you for looking at my post.

I'm in need of some help!
I had a customer walk in yesterday & inform me that the colors for his graphics MUST match
these pantone colors:
122c
163c
190c
245c
271c
278c
325c

I have searched everywhere for a chart or a list to tell me what foils are close to these colors.

I use gerber foils, ZeroNine foils & Signlab for software.

I know about the Spectratone book, but I don't have the extra $500 for it.

Can anyone help me out?
Thanks again for your time!

I've added the Gerber Omega/Composer ingredients above.

That being said...I've found Spectratone to PMS matches to be less than ideal.

I would suspect that having the job printed by someone with a solvent printer may be easier than matching with Edge - I don't know about you but I'm missing half the foils on that list.

Good luck. :thumb:

Holy Cow! Thank you for the reply!

Your right that would be a pain.:banghead:

In your opinion what spot colors would be close to the PMS?
I could print one off with the spots & see if he even can tell a difference.

I'm just on my way out... but if you've got a pantone book and the foils other than the spectra tint you can always try them without it.

Have a great Night! I do not have a pantone book.... I was just going by color on screen & I know that will not be right..

Hope to see a reply in the morning.

Thanks again for all your help!:rock-n-roll:

There is way to print a spectratone chart of you own, don't remember how I did it, it was years ago.
And getting a PMS book is a must in this business, so you at least know what you're shooting for.
That being said I would sub it to a wholesaler, lot less time, aggravation and cost.

There is a app w/ Omega called Spectra32.exe found in the Omega software folder. With this you can print any number of combos.

From the Omega app GSPCLRID.EXE you can do all kinds of color lookups.

Here I selected PANTONE+ as the source palette, Spectratone as the Matching palette

In the source enter the PANTONE # (ex 122) hit the DOWN ARROW and see your matches.

If you wish to post/copy the matches in text form just hit F11 and the info is posted on the clipboard and looks like this:
