Help!

I am stumped. I am trying to send my Proof templates to other users of Flexi here at work. Normally I will just go into SAI folder in Windows Explorer, to the Templates folder, grab the files and put into same directory on other computers. However, now, my proof templates aren't even there! They are available to choose while in Flexi, but they don't show up when viewing the directory. Any ideas? I have never had this issue. Always been able to do this.

Window started placing some of that data in directories under specific users. Try searching for the folder you would normally find them in. My guess is they are under USER NAME/MY DOCUMENTS.

Well, you were on the right track. For some reason they were saved elsewhere. Under my user name, \AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\SAi\SAi Production Suite1\Templates

WTH is a VirtualStore? Is this something to do with new cloud based software (which we do not have)?
Weird.
