It looks to me like someone started with University Roman bold and modified it from there.

I would make it more readable, I know tight kerning looks nice and all but wider kerning makes it readable, if you add shading it will make it harder to read.

Convex or bevels or outlines helps tight spacing readable, but should be readable without, stand back 20 ft look at it.
