Are the Summa vinyl cutters still made in Belgium?

Yes, they are still in belgium, but for how many times ... ?
They make really good machines, at the office we use a T1010 and it works really good. (Our first plotter was a Graphtec 2100-50 (bought in 1991 and it still works ... perfectly )
