This is my first post, just joined today! I've been in the biz for a while now and have some opportunities to expand our product services, but know very little about how to go about the learning curve. So I hope I'll be able to tap into the working knowledge of the group to keep me from making costly mistakes! My first challenge is to reface an existing flex face sign. It's about 13'w x 17' tall, mounted about 20' off the ground. Some of the retainers are missing so I can see numerous tensioning clips which appear to be screwed in place about a foot apart. Is it ok to reuse the existing parts to tension the new panel? Second, what tools will I need to properly adjust the install?
