MATERIAL LOOKS LIKE MARINE VINYL AND BANNER SO I CANT FIND THE MATERIAL

What are you basing the material choice on, a sample? a photo? a vague description from the client?
How are you going to finish it? Sounds like it will require sewing.

For double sided printing you should use this, https://www.dickson-coatings.com/en/product/blockbuster/
or print 1 long one and flip it in half.
