I'm hiring a production person for my Business. Someone to run printers, Install Etc. I'm looking for different ideas on where to find people. Indeed and Zip Recruter are not working out.

I hear ya! Hiring nowadays sucks. It is definitely one of those things that internet ruined. Especially for entry to mid level jobs. Nobody pounds the pavement anymore actually looking for a job. They just blast out a resume online and 99% of the time are not looking for what you are hiring.

Maybe post on one of the many Sign Industry Facebook Groups?
We have had success with finding good people (with no industry experience) from local FB job-posting groups.

I used Indeed. Received a nice bill. They just bomb us with many applicants. Cancelled! right away Ask my friends children, if they had someone looking for work. We now have a fantastic graphics guy. Gave him full realm on designing. The other is taking graphics and coding. Part timer and has already built us two graphics computers from scratch. Best part is they both live in walking distance.

Of course these guys were kept, there were others that were tossed after a week. Can not hurt trying that route. Unlss you need immediate help...
