Expanding and high energy full service signage and marketing services company seeking experienced and energetic full time Field Installer and Production Tech.

The candidate we are seeking should have experience in signage installation ** or ** rough carpentry, vinyl application, finishing experience, etc. Knowledge and experience in sign production would also be helpful as this position will develop into production and installation. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. The applicant will be eligible for medical, vacation, 401k, and profit sharing programs after their 1st year employment anniversary.

Our Installer should have the following qualities:

-Must be comfortable working outdoors in the heat and cold , have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work. Must be comfortable with heights and be comfortable with basic math calculations.
- Must own truck or van and have basic hand tools.
-Knowledge of the local area a plus.
-Must be able to execute daily installations accurately and expeditiously as an individual or as a member of a team.
-Must be equally able to take direction and give direction.
-Must be able to think on your feet and make decisions in the field.
-Must have great communication skills, be dependable and self-motivated.
-Must be dependable - showing up to work every day.
-Must put quality first, while still able to rapidly progress through the daily assignments.
-Must be the type of person who wants to get the job done, not concerned with "punching the clock".

Duties to include (but not limited to):

• Follow company policies and procedures both written and implied.
• Be polite and courteous to customers and coworkers at all times.
• Review assigned work orders thoroughly to ensure a full understanding of the job to be installed prior to departing for the day.
• Verify that all pertinent information is included in each assigned work order. Pertinent information includes: job location, installation location, and client contact.
• Verify that all sign product, materials, tools, etc that are necessary for successful execution of the assigned work order has been loaded onto the truck prior to departing for the day.
• Communicate any problems encountered on the job and/or components of the work order that could not be completed with the Installation Coordinator immediately.
• Assume responsibility for company tools that are used on the job site.
• Observe stated attendance policies by consistently arriving on time and ready for work.
