Gloss black paint for the edges and letters.
The rest is a Sophisticated Finishes Product.
Iron Metallic Surfacer is the gray colour that you see and the rust is their Rust Antiquing Solution.
Paint the iron surfacer on, let it dry, and then spary on the rust solution.
I let it sit over night.
Worked out really well.
