Well after 2 weeks of hell and a lot of sleepless nights my mimaki jv3 is finally making money yay. I would like to thank all the peeps who offered there advice and took the time to respond to my crys for help lol. I started with a machine that was banding badly and had 3 dodgy heads and now have a machine that prints awsome and is already making me money. This is my first wide format printer and i am so pleased i found this site. Here are some pics of my previous and current test prints.
I ended up replacing 3 of the heads, all the dampers and cables and capping station. All these parte i salvaged from a second printer i purchased last week for a thousand dollars.
Colour profiles were a joke out of the box so i started from scratch and made my own.
