Hopefully an easy font for all of you?

Well, here's a logo that's pretty simple, but I need to identify the font. Nothing I have is 100% exact (unless I went too fast?), so before I go digging through my old librarys, doesn anyone recognize this? It looks SOOOO close to some of my stuff. Please don't think me dumb, I just would like to find it, and quick.

Never mind guys, they just sent me a vector file of it. Go figure. Most people don't even know what vector means!

Not sure of the words, but the yellow boxes look like 'Square ITC' with black outlines.

I'm just trying to hit 200 before I go home tonight.
