Hotwire foam cutting anyone?

I am just finishing up my foam cutter build. have made a few samples, and ready to start my first real project; a sign for the shop. Has anyone tried "Hotwire Foam Factory" products in your monument/foam sign production? If so, which ones do you use? Thanks

My cutter can handle two 120"x48"x39" blocks simultaneously. I'm just finishing up the rotary table for doing round stuff, then will install the plywood bed...

For the time being, I was just hoping to find someone else who does foam work to determine what coatings to use and get me started. But Friday I went ahead and ordered about $300 worth of coatings from 'Hotwire Foam Factory". Maybe a merchant later on
