How do I create a custom Swatch Table?

I have been using a lot of the Siser HTV glitter. I want to be able to show how it will look when I create the design. How do I import the colors to create a new swatch table?

go to swatch table, right right over it. click new table, then right click over that and import the table you want from the files. hope this is what you were asking.
