How do I find out what kind of RAM I need to buy?

It's been a while since I installed a video card, but don't they always tell you to install the disc and run all their programs from the disc, and THEN install the card? I think that might be the problem. Did you install the card before you ran the installation disc?

Have you tried booting the system with the CD that came with the video card?
