How do I get my Epson Stylus Pro 9800 to work on Windows 11

I see the printer under my USB controller in the Device manager but photoshop doesn't have it in the printers list. I believe it has installed a generic driver usbprint.sys On the epson website it has me download EpsonNet config but everything is grayed out when I open it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should try to install the Epson driver for the 9800. EpsonNet config
depends on the driver being installed. Try selecting Windows 10 as the
operating system and downloading and installing that driver.
